Dateline: March 22, Frankfort, KY Mr. Smith goes to Kentucky! I had a wild time on Thursday. I got a last minute invite to come to Frankfort and appear before the Kentucky State Senate and the House, and then got to meet Governor Beshear and his lovely wife, Jane. The Kentucky incentive to film production was a big reason we decided to film 23 Blast in Corbin, so Gary Donatelli and I stopped by to thank them. Incredible!
